If you log in "SFO E-link – My Counter Appointments" with "iAM Smart" account for the first time, you have to create or log in your "iAM Smart" account and establish a link-up between your "iAM Smart" account and "SFO E-link – My Counter Appointments" services. Please click "More info" for more details.

Please click "Login with iAM Smart" and you shall be redirected to the "iAM Smart" login page.

By following the on-screen instructions, please use your mobile device with registered "iAM Smart" account to log in your "iAM Smart" account, scan the QR code accordingly and log in "SFO E-link - My Counter Appointments" with your "iAM Smart" account.

After successfully creating or logging in your "iAM Smart" account, you shall be redirected to "SFO E-link – My Counter Appointments". Please read the Terms of Use of "SFO E-link – My Counter Appointments" carefully, check the box to confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Use, and then click "Confirm".

Please select one of the verification methods and follow the instructions provided to complete the authentication test.

Please click “Next” after entering the verification code.

Please enter the mobile number or the email address provided by you to the SFO to verify your approval number.

Please click “Next”.
